If you competed this past year in a MDDT Texas contest, you should receive an email containing registration information. It's advisable to modify this password to something memorable to you. Ensure that you use the email address where you wish to receive all the relevant updates throughout the fall season and during the holidays.
If you are new to MDDT Texas of have a different email, you need to create an account, click here and follow the sign-up instructions to begin entering contests.
Registration facts:
- All entries should be made via our online registration portal.
- Early registration discounts are available when payment is made before December 31, 2025.
- When your registration form is complete, print and then submit your registration form.
- Upon receiving your registration, you will receive your contest invoice.
- Payment options: credit cards, or booster/school check and Zelle.

At the beginning of the 2nd semester, we will send out an email requesting you verify your team size one last time—in case of any additions or drops from your team. Two weeks before the contest, you will be asked to confirm the names of solos and ensembles. Keep in mind that changes to your registration, once the schedule is set, can ONLY be entered by MDDT team member Lynn at schedulemddt@gmail.com.
NOTE: Addition and/or deletion of routines may warrant a $100 penalty per entry.

Below, you will find a handful of important dates to keep in mind after you complete registration:
- Wednesday, 10 days before the contest (if not sooner), a preliminary schedule is emailed.
- Sunday, the week of the contest, all changes (mistakes) must be submitted to MDDT team member Lynn at schedulemddt@gmail.com
- Wednesday, before the contest, a final schedule will be sent by email to the dance team directors.
- Thursday, before the contest, a schedule will be posted on mddttexas.com website and the updated and most current schedule will be on the website the day of contest.
NOTE: Add/drop deadline for a full refund is two weeks before the contest date. Once the preliminary schedule is emailed, there will be no refunds.
