Dance Boot Camp Intensive
Dynamic warm-up and stretch to increase flexibility.
- A workout series focused on sharper turns, the technique of jumps and leaps, execution of skills
- Workout series where we'll break down each skill (relevé, passé, straight legs, jump height, upper body placement, etc.) and discuss which muscles will improve each piece along with a progression of exercises to improve each skill
- Endurance circuit to build stamina and muscle
- Cool down / balancing circuit
